Shipping Charges & Methods

Your residential/business order will be shipped via UPS 3-Day Select within the Continental U.S. unless otherwise requested, for a standard flat rate of $7.99.

P.O Box deliveries will ship UPS Basic.

Deliveries outside of the Continental U.S. (AK, HI, PR) will carry an additional $4.99 (standard total: $12.98).

2nd Day Air is available for the cost of actual freight of package plus $7.99.
Please allow two business days to receive your package when choosing this option. Orders received after 12:00 pm central time will ship the following business day. 2nd Day Air shipments release Monday through Friday. Not available to PO boxes or outside the contiguous 48 states.

Next Day Air is available for the cost of actual freight of package plus $7.99.
You should receive your package the very next business day when choosing this option. Orders received after 12:00 pm central time will ship the following business day. Next Day Air shipments release Monday through Friday. Friday shipments will arrive Monday. Not available to PO boxes or outside the contiguous 48 states.

International Shipping (including Canada) includes $7.99 plus actual freight of package.
The shipping cost is dependent upon weight and destination and will be calculated during final checkout. Average shipping time for international orders is 15 business days. If you do not receive your package within 15 business days, a refund for the purchase price of the products will be issued upon completion of a postal inquiry. We thank you for your cooperation. Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us within 12 months for a full refund.

Order Confirmation

If you entered an email address while ordering, we will send an order confirmation page to you by email within 12 hours. Please review it carefully to ensure all the information is correct. If you notice a discrepancy, please contact us immediately and we will gladly assist you.

Order Acceptance

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some reasons for possible order cancellations include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Inaccuracies in product availability status, limitations or prices
  • Credit or fraud concerns as determined by our loss prevention group

We may require additional information or verification before accepting an order. We will contact you if additional information is required to accept your order. We appreciate your patience and regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Shipping Confirmation

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification by email. This email indicates the method and carrier used to ship your order.  If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within two business days of placing your order, please contact us to check the status of your order. 

Tracking Numbers

Your shipping confirmation page will contain a tracking number for the carrier used to ship your order. Visit the carrier's website and enter this tracking number to check your package's progress.

Backordered Items

If any of your items are on backorder, we will hold your entire order for up to 5 business days. If, after such time, your item is not in stock, we will ship your order to you and send your backordered item(s) separately as soon as stock arrives. You will not be charged any additional shipping through this method.

Cancel an Order

We try to process orders as quickly as possible, so we may not be able to cancel your order. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please call us at 1.877.280.7781. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Why Register?

Registering with headovertails.com allows you specific conveniences our non-registered users simply do not get. You'll be able to check your current order status online, reference your order history, expedite your checkout, maintain your address book, review our products, and create a favorites list for easy re-ordering. Registered users are able to keep items in the Shopping Bag until he/she removes them. We offer this Save for Later Purchase option only to our registered users.

Register

To create an account, click on Register at the top of any page. Fill in the requested information and you're on your way to easier re-ordering with headovertails.com.

Email Address

Your email address allows you to log in to the site.

Password

Your case-sensitive password should be no longer than 15 characters long. To change your password, click on the change password link in the My Account. Follow the prompts to update your password.

Addresses

Registered users do not need to type out every single address for each and every order. Instead, we'll keep track of your addresses for you in your Address Book.

Favorites

The Favorites section makes reordering a breeze. Registered users have the ability to save their favorite (or frequently ordered) item numbers in this section. We update the status of your items, so you will know if it's in stock, backordered or unavailable from the manufacturer. To add items to your Favorites section, simply click on the add-to-favorites button.

Order History

Not sure what you ordered last month? No problem. As a registered user, you're able to check your Order History and find out what (and when) you ordered in the past.
